Round very thin and crispy in texture. Khakaras are commomly eaten in the morning with breakfast. This particular Khakara is made with bajra, a millet grain also known as pearl millet. They can be enjoyed with little spread of warm ghee and enclosed with sprinkled masala spice mixture or with pickle masala. Also enjoy with a thin layer of coriander or mint chutney.
Khakaras are great as a light snack with tea, coffee or coldsoft drinks.
