Our bags are made from the most fresh of curry leaves and then tightly sealed in.
When dried, curry leaves have a bit more subtle flavor than when it's fresh. It is a must have in almost all Indian dishes.
These are the dried leaves of the Kari tree of Southwest Asia. They are mainly used as an aromatic and for flavoring curries and soups.
When using dry curry leaves instead of fresh, use approximately two times more.
