MTR Pav Bhaji (Ready-to-Eat).
Ingredients : - potato, tomato, cauliflower, onion, capsicum, peas, ghee, carrot, salt, green chilli, garlic, beetroot, red chilli, ginger, sugar, lemon concerntrate, coriander leaves and spices.
Pav Bhaji is the original 'fast food' of Bombay, and literally means bread and mixed vegetables. Serves with pav.
A rich combination of potatoes and vegetables cooked in the popular Mumbai style. Serve with toasted, buttered buns or 'pav'.
Transfer the content of the foil pouch into the microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot or Immerse the unopened foil pouch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove, cut open and serve hot.
