These yellow whole peas have a mild flavor and soft texture when cooked. Excellent choice for thick and hearty soups. Peas can also be used to make a mock cream soup for people avoiding dairy products.
Being a part of the legume family they are ¼ of an inch and are husked and split in half. They have more earthy flavor as compared to whole green peas but similar in versatility and nourishment.
